How to Raise Your Vibration In The Morning

So let’s jump into these tips. And please know that these tips do not have to stand alone and can certainly be combined or overlap within your morning.
Another thing is I want to encourage you to create a morning routine out of these tenets I am about to share with you. Did you know that people that have a morning routine have been shown to make more money, be more productive, and experience greater levels of happiness? And a good morning routine is about 30 minutes to one hour. You don’t want it to be too long because it will become overwhelming.
Also to clarify what it means to raise your vibration is to elevate your mood. And the way we are going to do that is to bring in positive emotions to our experience. So for each of these things I am suggesting you will see it brings in a specific positive emotion.
1. Accomplish one small thing
One great way to raise your vibration in the morning is to start with a a small accomplishment. This will automatically bring in feelings of pride and set you on a trajectory of accomplishing more things throughout the day.

2. Self-Care
Next, you want to include self-care within your morning to help you feel grounded which will raise your vibration. Henry David Thoreau said, “An early morning walk is a blessing for the whole day”
Here are the three ways I love to care for myself in the morning:
- Rehydrating with a tall glass of lemon water. After a long night’s sleep, drinking a glass of water in the morning helps to rehydrate you.
- Moving with yoga or pilates. Whatever your preferred choice of exercise, moving your body in the morning will help you feel energized.
- Nourishing with a healthy breakfast or smoothie. This will help support your energy levels throughout the day and of course we always vibrate higher when we aren’t HANGRY!

3. Mindfulness
Mindfulness has a plethora of benefits such as reducing anxiety and increasing self-awareness. Starting your day off with mindfulness will help you vibrate higher by bringing in feelings of peace and relaxation. My favorite ways to practice mindfulness in the morning include meditation, gratitude journaling, and reading my devotional.
4. Pleasure
We certainly cannot leave pleasure off the list when talking about raising our vibration. As adults, it’s easy to forget to have fun so making sure to start your day with pleasure is a great way to infuse it into your life.
It doesn’t have to be elaborate either. Some easy ways to include pleasure in your morning may be listening to praise music or having a dance while you get dressed. Or you might listen to a motivational video or podcast while working out. Or if you love reading, starting your day reading 10 pages out of your current book.
5. Manifestation Techniques
Finally, I want you to include some manifestation techniques into your morning to help you feel abundant and vibrate higher.
- Start with segment intending by setting an intention for your day. An easy way to do this is to choose a word of the day.

Ok guys so using these techniques will certainly help you vibrate high in the morning.
