Inspired Action- How to Take Aligned Action When Manifesting

Manifestation is like a puzzle with many different pieces. Taking action is one of those important pieces to the puzzle.

Ok so let’s jump right in.
ONE: Take actions to raise your vibration!
We attract what we want based on how we feel. So feeling good is a vital part of flowing with your abundance.
Here are somethings you can actually do to vibrate higher:
- Intentionally do things only to bring you joy. I remember when I was going through postpartum depression, one of the things that helped me heal was starting to do things again that brought me joy. I had stopped all my routines, stopped practicing yoga, and even things like talking to my girlfriends. Simply gettting back to those things on a regular basis did wonders to help me vibrate higher. So make a list of activities that bring you joy and make sure to be intentional about regularly doing these things
- Another action I want to cultivate to vibrate higher is writing. Here are some writing tools that will help you think more positively and in turn feel positively
- Journal to process difficult emotions
- Write mantras that counter any frequent negative thoughts and place them around your house. For example, I currently have a mantra reminding me that I am capable to counteract those false negative thoughts I sometimes have about not being able to handle parenting.
- I also teach my DLA clients how to use thought records as something they can do to cultivate more positive thinking

TWO: Do things that are going help you believe in your abundance now and in the future!
Believing is such a huge part of manifesting. Having a knowing about your inherent abundance is so so powerful. But what can you do to amp up your believing and receiving?
Here’s a couple ideas of actions you can take:
- Make a vision board or use scripting to help your brain wrap around your blessings and feel like you have them now. Remember like attracts like so the more we can feel abundant now, the more we can attract abundance.
- Another aligned action you can take to increase your believing and receiving is making a focus wheel. A focus wheel is a tool you can use to overcome any negative beliefs you may have. Search my YouTube channel for focus wheel to find a few helpful videos on how to make one.
And lastly:
THREE: Take actions that will help you align with your Inner Spirit.

But the key take aways are:
- Do things like pray and meditate to connect with your Inner Spirit which is where our desires come from in the first place.
- Take actions that will bring you closer to your desires. Namely, act as if. Start taking actions as if you are your manifested self; as if you have already manifested what you want. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said “Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”
- Furthermore, streamline your actions into SMART MINI ACTIONABLE GOALS that can bring you closer to your dream.
