Ok so since this is my first plan with me video I wanted to go over my overall manifestation planning strategy so you understand the process. I will be over a very rough general overview of my manifestation strategy so be sure to grab my manifestation planner printable to get the exact details.
#1 Start with the big picture
I have already set my goals for the year but I wanted to be sure to spend a moment making this clear.
My planning strategy starts with setting my goals and intentions for the year. In the planner printable download you will find the entire first section is dedicated to helping you get clear on your larger yearly goals.
I set these yearly goals using an exact process for manifestation that incorporates things like getting clear on my values and honing in on my goals using law of attraction intention strategies, visualization, motivation psychology, gratitude and creating a vision board.
Then break those down into 3 micro goals that will help you get to the larger goal. And try to make these micro goals SMART goals.
Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Realistic
Timely
So if you do not have your yearly goals set, start there. It’s not too late to set these goals.
And be sure to consider your values, different domains in your life, and law of attraction.
So to give you an example, after doing all the manifestation pre-work to develop my yearly goals I came up with 5 goals for 2021.
One of my goals this year is to slow down. Without going into exhaustive detail, the gist of the micro goals that I’ve listed for this larger goal include: 1. Planning ahead, 2. Accepting the season I am in, & 3. Focusing on what matters
Again if you grab my manifestation planner, it will guide you through exactly how to do this with more detail and helpful worksheets to help you use manifestation techniques to create these goals.
Tip #2 Ok let’s get planning
(In all transparency, I am filming this video at the end of March (March 28th) because I am preparing to go on maternity leave but want to make sure I still have videos for you while I am away.
So that means I am currently planning for not only april but for the next quarter.
Essentially that means I complete a Quarter 1 review and March review before planning April.
You will see in the manifestation planner printable that the quarter review is just an opportunity to re-evaluate your goals, change any if necessary, and see how you’ve been doing overall in the last 3 months. I like to use this time to ge clear on what has been working for me, and how I what I want to change about the actions I have been taking in a larger context.
Ok, so then moving into monthly planning, I first look back at my last month’s goal and see how I did. These month goals are remember based your yearly goals and mico goals. So each months goals feed into your yearly desires.
It’s important to note that you may not have monthly goals every month for each yearly goal. Seasons vary and it is okay to focus on different goals at different parts of the year.
So looking back at March I met 4 out of my 5 monthly goals which I was pretty happy about. Then I like to look at what worked for me and what didn’t work for me. If you’re using my manifestation planner printable it will guide you through a simple strategic approach to gain clarity on your previous month with helpful prompts and manifestation tools.
If you are planning with me in this video, pause and let’s go through some of the tools from the planner to take a look at your last month’s goals and see how you did.
Evaluate what helped you meet your goals, and what got in the way.
If you had to associate one feeling with the last month what would it be?
And ask yourself what are you most grateful for from the previous month?
How did you grow as a person last month- for example what spiritual lessons did you learn?, what did life challenges teach you? or how are you consciously transforming for the better?
For me, what worked for me was taking time to take care of myself. Doing things like stopping work on time, maintaining my manifestation routine, and eating healthy high vibe foods.
What didn’t work for me was adding in more projects at the last minute. I would also say that I had to take some time to intentionally practice radical acceptance after being thrown off track when my daughters daycare closed due to COVID.
One feeling that would describe my March would be love. I really took time to be present with my family and mindful of the love I share with them. We had our baby shower for Christian in March and it was nice to feel all the love from our friends and family. I also felt tremendous love for my clients and the work we are doing together.
For March, I’m most grateful for the time I got to spend with my daughter in her last moments as the only child.
Lastly, how did I grow as a person in this last month. I think having to fae the challenge of non childcare, I learned a lot about my strength and perseverance but I also leaned into my capacity to be flexible and accept the season I’m in. I also revisited my own conscious work about over-exertion and was reaffirmed by omens, synchronicity, and signs from God that my efforts were enough and it was truly time to put someof goals in the hands of God, resting in divine timing and shifting more to focusing on gratitude for all the blessings I once prayed for and also focusing on my relationship with God.
Overall it was a pretty satisfying and transformational month for me
Next, let’s move into planning our next month.
Start by setting your goals for the month that will help you meet your larger monthly goals. Remember to consider your values, micro goals, and abundance thinking. The manifestation planner printable will easily guide you through this and help you streamline your priorities.
So pause and to go through a couple of the prompts from my manifestation planner that will help you plan this next month:
Here are the prompts
What do you want to feel this upcoming month and what are you most excited for?
What are your top 3 goals for the coming month and why do you believe you will achieve them?
What mini goals can you infuse into your weeks to help you meet your monthly goals?
How will you stay connected to your inner Spirit this month?
For me, I am most excited for the birth of my baby boy this coming month and I want to feel gratitude, love and peace this coming month.
One of my goals for this coming month, related to my larger goal of slowing down, is to tie up any loose ends for work before I go on maternity leave. One of the things that contributed to my postpartum depression with my first daughter was still feeling the pressure to work. I want to be present with my baby during those first weeks and not stressed about creating or falling behind.
Mini goals that I have set for April are to set clear boundaries with my job about when I plan to leave for work. I also want to finish scheduling out all my Instagram content before my expected due date which is April 15th.
Also, my plan to stay connected to my inner Spirit this month includes focusing less on forcing career goals and consciously working each day to stay connected to God through daily prayer and praise music in addition to my daily meditation practice that is apart of my manifestation routine.
Then when it comes to planning my weeks, I plan my weeks each Sunday evening so I can be flexible with any needed changes.
I evaluate my wins for the previous week, my challenges, and what I appreciated about the previous week.
You will also see in the manifestation planner printable that I also track my habits and manifestation routine using the weekly planning pages. There are also tools to create a manifestation routine in the manifestation planner printable linked below.
Lastly, I plan my days the night before. Some things from the manifestation planner that guide daily planning that I find super helpful and want to share with you are:
Write out your appointments
Choose 3 top priorities for the day
Schedule your day down to the minute from wake up to dinner
Meal plan
Track your focus, energy, nutrition,
Audit your tasks for how much they brought you closer to your goals
So that is a very broad general overview of how my manifestation planning strategy.
